Statement Redesign and             re-platforming of all 26 Scotiabank Visa Statements with new composition and messaging tools. 

Implementation of the ITD (International/Trans border to Domestic) passenger system. The project objective was to improve the connections process for passengers arriving at the GTAA from International or Trans border flights & connecting to a Domestic departure flights.  Responsibilities included the update of ITD application, management of physical construction of a new baggage sorting facilities and passenger management area as well the design and implementation of new passenger and baggage process flows, working directly with Air Canada & CBSA.

 Implementation of the WIFI Infrastructure Upgrade Program at the GTAA. The project objective was to upgrade the WIFI network; including architectural changes as well as hardware. Responsibilities included leading network design, managing site surveys, tendering, infrastructure replacement (i.e. wireless access points, controllers, cabling) as well as all the management of all third-party vendor work packages.

Implementation of a new Baggage Reconciliation System. The project objective was to implement a single Baggage Reconciliation application to standardize baggage tracking for the GTAA and all its carriers. Project scope also included training and transitioning of existing carriers to the new platform.

Review and redesign of Symcors business requirements process and documentation with a focus on cost reduction and faster time to market as well piloting a new client engagement model to increase client satisfaction.
